Information session on Executive Support workstream this week

Thursday, 10 December 2015

Shield

Professor Robert Van de Noort, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic Planning and Resource), will host an information session this week on the Executive Support workstream of the Professional and Administrative Services (PAS) review.

The session will take place on 15 December between 1.10 pm – 1.50 pm at the Ditchburn Theatre in the JJ Thompson Building.

As with previous information sessions from PAS workstreams, this session will offer staff an opportunity to hear about proposals for executive support across the University. It will focus on how executive support teams will work, rather than individual jobs or posts.

The session is open to non-academic staff from schools and functions. They will be of particular interest to colleagues who work in executive support roles currently, for example PAs, secretaries, office managers, team and finance administrators or who may be interested in a role in this area in the future. There is no need to book, but places will be offered on first come first served basis.

This is the last information session from a workstream scheduled before the Christmas break.
