Vice-Chancellor's all-staff briefing on 2026 Strategy

Monday, 25 January 2016

Sir David Bell

The Vice-Chancellor, Sir David Bell, will be updating staff on the University’s 2026 Strategy in three separate briefings over the coming weeks.

National Grid at Greenlands campus will host the first briefing from 10.00-11.00 am on Wednesday 27 January.

This will be followed by two briefings scheduled on the Whiteknights campus:

  • 03 February – 1.00 - 2.00 pm, G11 Henley Business School
  • 04 February – 1.00 - 2.00 pm, Madjeski Theatre, Agriculture

The 2026 Strategy was approved by the University Council over two years ago. It aims to create a University significantly larger in terms of students, global reach and presence, and revenue.

A lot of work has gone on since on delivering this vision. The update from the Vice-Chancellor would focus on the measures of success and the milestones for 2020. Staff members will also be able to ask questions at the briefings.

There is no need to book but places will be made available on first-come, first-served basis.
