University ranks high in student satisfaction surveys

The University has ranked highly in two recent important student satisfaction surveys.
In the latest Times Higher Education (THE) UK Student Experience Survey, Reading was 20th in the UK out of 117 institutions ranked overall - its highest ever position in the survey.
In the measure for ‘good environment on campus/around university', Reading was third equal best university in the UK - reflecting the university's continuing commitment to invest in its award-winning green spaces and welcoming campus atmosphere.
The THE Student Experience Survey also revealed that we are rated as the second-best university for student experience across both the London and South East of England regions, behind only Oxford University. In addition, RUSU was rated within the top 10 UK students’ unions, receiving the joint eighth highest score in the country.
Also, in the latest International Student Barometer (autumn 2015, i-graduate), the University of Reading Graduate School has been ranked 2nd in the UK and 8th in the world for support of international postgraduate research students. The survey found that 96% of international postgraduate students were satisfied with the learning experience and support offered by the Graduate School.
Satisfaction levels relating to the expertise of our lecturers and physical learning space reached 94%, while satisfaction with the campus environment reaching 96%.
