In-house photo service to cease from 1 April 2016

Changes to photography process April 2016

With effect from 1 April 2016, the University will no longer provide an in-house photography service.

Staff looking to use a photographer will now need to contact Bee Conyers and Lubi Hall-Patterson in our Brand & Campaigns team. On receiving your request, a member of the team will be in touch to advise and take this request forward with you.

The new process will mean that from April onwards, colleagues within MCE will work with you to recommend and commission a suitable supplier from our list of approved external photographers, and will provide an outline of the costs involved.

Where required, MCE colleagues will also be able to advise on the commission brief, select the best images, and, on approval, will load them onto the image bank for storage and future use.
