New Employee Assistance Programme live
Sunday, 03 May 2015
The University's new Employee Assistance Programme, Confidential Care, is now live.
Confidential Care is a 24x7 service that provides support on whatever issues you might be facing - work stress, depression, relationship issues, legal or financial concerns, coping with change and much more.
It also offers a comprehensive on-line wellbeing resource with information and advice to help you optimise your health and wellbeing.
The service is independent, free and completely confidential.
More details on what Confidential Care offers and using the service is available here.
The Employee Assistance Programme is an important part of our health and well-being strategy. The strategy is focused on providing a supportive and healthy environment for staff - including a health cash plan, eye sight tests, discounted membership of the SportsPark, Health, Advocacy, Respect and Care (HARC) Advisors and Occupational Health services.
