Tuesday, 03 May 2016
The University's new Employee Assistance Programme, Confidential Care, is now live.
Confidential Care is a 24x7 service offering support on a range of issues – including work stress, depression, relationship issues, legal or financial concerns and coping with change.
It is an independent, free and completely confidential service.
University employees can also access a comprehensive on-line wellbeing resource of Confidential Care, with information on optimising health and wellbeing.
More details on what Confidential Care offers and using the service is available here.
The Employee Assistance Programme is an important part of the University’s health and well-being strategy. The strategy is focused on providing a supportive and healthy environment for staff - including a health cash plan, eye sight tests, discounted membership of the SportsPark, Health, Advocacy, Respect and Care (HARC) Advisors and Occupational Health services.
