Disposal of confidential waste suspended until Monday 8 August

Thursday, 28 July 2016

Confidential waste

Collections of confidential shredding and confidential disk collection will be temporarily suspended from Friday 29 July to Monday 8 August.

Services are being temporarily suspended as a result of construction works being carried out in the building that houses the secure disposal point. In the interest of data protection, the area is not suitable to house confidential documents or IT items until the work is complete. Services should return to usual from Monday 8 August.

Colleagues are asked to keep any confidential items secure in their own work areas until collection can be resumed. Once the construction works have finished, items will be collected as promptly as possible.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Contact our Waste team if you have any queries.
