Construction noise levels at HumSS, JJ Thomson and Agriculture buildings

Thursday, 29 September 2016

Agriculture Building

The Agriculture Building may be subject to loud construction noise, along with HumSS and JJ Thomson.

High levels of noise at the HumSS, JJ Thomson and Agriculture buildings may be experienced over the coming weeks as part of ongoing construction activity.

The works taking place around these buildings are related to the creation of our new Students Support Centres. Work at the HumSS Building is scheduled to be complete by late November, with JJ Thomson and Agriculture following in December.

Noise levels will fluctuate depending on the activities being carried out. It will not be constant, and should reduce as each project nears completion. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

If you have any concerns or questions please contact Robert Shankland.
