Sir David Bell autumn 2016 all-staff briefing

Following on from Vice-Chancellor Sir David Bell’s staff briefing in Greenlands earlier today, presentation notes are now available for reference.

In his autumn 2016 presentation to University staff, Sir David Bell provides updates on several key topics relevant to the University and the wider Higher Education sector, including:

Brexit
Higher Education and Research Bill
Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF)
Future tuition fees
Future of Research Excellence Framework (REF)
Higher Education finances
Political imperatives and Government focus on social mobility
