About the programme
The Springboard Women's Development Programme has been specifically created to help women identify clear, practical and realistic steps to achieve personal and professional goals. As well as offering practical advice, the programme also helps promote personal confidence and resilience. The programme is open to women from all backgrounds, careers and ages – any woman with a personal goal can apply.
The programme consists of four full-day workshops and supporting events – during the first workshop, participants will set the personal objectives they wish to work towards over the remainder of the programme.
Examples of goals pursued through the programme include obtaining new qualifications, improving promotion opportunities, developing new skills and nurturing a positive attitude for change. According to the Springboard Consultancy, 80% of participants report increased confidence / self-esteem as a result of completing the programme.
