Visiting Food Matters Live? Say hello to Reading!
Tuesday, 22 November 2016
If you are visiting Food Matters Live 2016 at ExCeL London this week, please come and meet us at the University of Reading stand.
We’re there from Tuesday 22 to Thursday 24 November, showcasing Reading’s latest work in agriculture, food, nutrition and health, and highlighting how we work with the food sector.
We’ll be asking Food Matters Live visitors to tell us about their future food challenges – so we’d love to hear yours.
You can also hear about (and taste) some of our recent research highlights – including how we are helping to secure the future of chocolate, cutting saturated fat in dairy products, and helping food companies make food that’s healthier, safer and better for the environment.
And please let us know what you’ve been up to. We always enjoy meeting up with former Reading students and staff, so please drop by and say hello.
FIND US on stand RP13 in the Research Pavilion – close to the VIP Lounge.
Lots of Reading academic staff are speaking at the conference and seminar events – but many will also be on hand to chat at the University of Reading stand as well, including:
- Professor Bob Rastall: Wednesday & Thursday
- Professor Julian Cooper: Tuesday 10.30am and 2.15pm, and Wednesday morning
- Dr Vimal Karani: Wednesday 1.00pm-3.00pm
- Dr Gunter Kuhnle: Wednesday 12.00pm-2.00pm
