The Mail Shop is the cheapest place on campus for UK and international mail and parcels.

The Mail Shop in the basement of Whiteknights House (B04) has provided a discounted letter and parcel service to the University community for over 14 years.

UK letters and parcels and International mail and parcel prices are significantly lower than all nearby commercial outlets and Post Offices. The shop recently went through a makeover too, with an emphasis on offering a more comfortable space for customers. 

Mail Shop stocks a wide range of boxes, envelopes and packaging – perfect for sending Christmas packages swiftly and securely. All Post Office signed, tracked and Special Delivery services are available and the team proactively track orders to ensure smooth delivery. 

All members of the team have been fully trained and will be happy to share their expertise in mail preparation and processing with you. The Mail Shop will also price match verified like-for-like services available elsewhere.  

Mail Shop is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm.

P.S: Bonus Tuesday fact – The Mail Shop has processed 191,059 items for the University community, weighing a total of 115,780kg. This excludes Departmental and private tenant mail processed in the same period.
