Water supply issues towards Earley Gate

We are currently experiencing low water pressure to the buildings in the Earley Gate area. Other areas of campus are currently unaffected.

At the present time the Harry Pitt and Meteorology buildings have no water supply, and so have no working toilets or drinking water supply. However, working toilets are currently available in the Agriculture building and TOB1. This situation may change if the water pressure drops further.

Thames Water are investigating the problem, which is due to a burst main off site, and will let us know when we can expect the supply to return to normal pressure.

Whilst we are experiencing low water pressure could you to please try conserve water where possible.
