The 2017 Staff Survey opens Monday 6 March.

It is our first staff survey in nearly six years, and we want to hear from as many colleagues as possible. Tell us how we are doing now, so that we can continue building on our strengths and address areas which need improving.

On 6 March, you will receive an email Capita Surveys & Research with information on how to take part and your own unique logon. Clicking on this external link is OK as it has been tested and poses no threat to our IT systems.

When you follow the link, you will be asked to complete a logon. This is your own personal logon and simply means that you can start the survey and then go back to it at any time without having to start again from the beginning.

If you haven’t completed the survey, Capita will send you reminders to complete it. These reminders are automatically generated by their system, and no one at the University has any visibility of who has completed the survey.

You can complete the survey online, on your phone or your tablet. There is also an option to complete a paper survey. You will be given time during your working day to complete the survey.

You can be assured that your responses are confidential and we will not be able to identify any individual responses. We also promise to listen to what you tell us and commit to working with you to develop appropriate actions in response.
