Women@Reading: 'The Experience of Not Belonging in the Workplace'

Friday, 03 March 2017

The Experience of Not Belonging in the Workplace

The Women@Reading network is pleased to host 'The Experience of Not Belonging in the Workplace', an interactive one-hour exploration of what it is that attributes to the experience of feeling like one doesn’t belong at work; the impact it has on emotions, thoughts and behaviour; how people attempt to cope with the experience; and what organisations and individuals can do to help avoid or alleviate the experience.

The session is open to all staff and will be led by Lee Waller from Ashridge Executive Education, based on her research. It takes place on Monday 13 March 12.00pm – 1.00pm (location TBC).

Bookings can be made via Employee Self-Service on a first-come, first-served basis.
