Apply for school and function event funding by Monday 20 March

There is still time to apply for funding for departmental, school or function events taking place over the summer.
The Vice-Chancellor has allocated £5,000 from the University’s Endowment Fund to support staff and students running departmental, school or function events involving the public or external stakeholders taking place before the end of the Summer Term 2017. Events planned for during the vacation period will also be considered.
Up to £1,000 can be granted per event. To apply you will need to complete this short form explaining the objectives, focus and benefits of your event and send it to vc@reading.ac.uk.
The deadline for applications is Monday 20 March 2017. We will aim to notify applicants of their success by Friday 24 March 2017. Approved funding will be allocated directly to the department, school, or function budget. A short post-event evaluation will be required.
