Staff Survey 2017 - have you participated yet?
Wednesday, 15 March 2017
The University’s first staff survey in nearly six years is now open.
On 6 March, you should have received an email from Capita inviting you to participate in the survey. Titled “University of Reading – Staff Survey 2017”, the email contained a link to the survey and a passcode unique to you.
If you have not received this email, please first check your Junk E-mail folder.
If you cannot find the email there, please email Capita at surveyenquiries@capita.co.uk or call its Freephone helpline 0800 587 3115 (+44 1423 818700, if you are dialling from outside the UK). They can reissue the survey invite to you, with the survey link and the unique passcode.
Clicking on the external link to survey is OK as it has been tested and poses no threat to our IT systems.
The link will take you to Capita’s website where the Staff Survey 2017 is being hosted and managed. It has helpful information on the confidentiality of your feedback, help with completing the survey and some frequently asked questions that Capita have put together.
Clicking on the GO TO THE SURVEY button will take you to a page where you can use your unique passcode to log on. This is your own personal logon and simply means that you can start the survey and then go back to it at any time without having to start again from the beginning.
The survey should not take more than 25 minutes to complete. Twenty-three percent of the colleagues have already completed the survey, but we are keen to hear from as many colleagues as possible.
Staff Survey 2017 is our first survey in nearly six years. Your open and honest feedback will help us understand what is working well, what is not working so well and what needs to improve.
The survey is open until 17:00 (GMT) on 7 April 2017.
We are listening and are committed to acting on the feedback received.
You can find more information on the Staff Survey 2017 information pages.
