Organisational Processes Project: help us improve

The Organisational Processes Project is working on identifying, resolving and mapping internal, cross-departmental processes that need clarification or are not working as well as they might within the new organisational structures.
If you have identified cross-departmental processes that are not working well, please share these with us. A Steering Group – comprising representatives of IT, Finance, HR, Business Change and PSO among others – will select processes based on criteria such as number of staff/students affected, level of reputational, financial or compliance risk, and level of business impact.
Please use our online form to pass on suggestions and details of processes for inclusion in the project. Updates will be shared through the Planning & Strategy Office Special Projects webpage.
