The University is delighted to welcome alumnus Michael Bolingbroke (BA Economics 1987) for the next event in our Alumni Lecture Series.

Michael has had an impressive and varied career, including senior roles such as the Senior Vice-President of Shows at Cirque du Soleil, Chief Executive Officer of F.C. Internazionale and Chief Operating Officer at Manchester United, where he worked alongside Alex Ferguson.

He will be "In conversation with" the Vice-Chancellor, Sir David Bell KCB, on Thursday 9 November from 6.00 pm at the Henley Business School, Whiteknights campus.

During the conversation, Michael will share his thoughts on topical issues, such as whether football fans should be considered as customers of football clubs, governance of sport, social media and leisure and the need for younger people to be more influential in business.

The event is free to attend; however, we recommend booking soon as tickets are now extremely limited.
