Staff Survey focus groups - have you signed up yet?

The next phase of Staff Survey focus groups started this week. We want to hear from colleagues on 'Reward and recognition at the University' and 'Leadership and management' this time.

Over 180 colleagues participated in the focus groups in the summer, and we look forward to your continued engagement over the coming weeks.

Please note that the ‘Leadership and management’ sessions are split into sessions for all staff and sessions just for those in management positions. The aim of this is to enable full participation and ensure all staff feel able to voice their opinions.

The sessions are scheduled for:

Leadership and Management (all staff)

  • 15 November (14:30-16:30 – LO22, 111, London Road)
  • 13 December (14:30-16:30 – Miller G19, Whiteknights)
  • 14 December (13:30-15:30 – Carrington 201, Whiteknights)

Leadership and Management Development (staff in management roles)

  • 22 November (14:30-16:30 – Miller G19, Whiteknights)
  • 4 December (10:00-12:00 – IOD conference room, Greenlands)
  • 18 December (14:30-16:30 – LO22, 109, London Road)

Reward and Recognition

  • 13 November (10:00-12:00, IOD conference room, Greenlands)
  • 15 November (9.30-11.30 – Carrington 201, Whiteknights)
  • 20 November (13:30-15:30 – Wager Building, Sorby Training Room, Whiteknights)
  • 22 November (14:30-16:30 – L022 111, London Road)
