Apply for 2018 bus pass by 6 December

Travel to work by bus? If you intend to apply for a bus pass and need it to be valid from 1 January, you will need to submit your application to Human Resources by Wednesday 6 December. 

This is to ensure that Reading Buses can produce the cards on time for collection before the University closes for Christmas (Friday 22 December – see the Term Dates page for full closure details).

Applicants will be notified when the pass is ready for collection. 

If you are renewing a 90-day pass, please keep hold of your existing card as it will be topped up automatically.
