Summer at the Reading Film Theatre
Monday, 23 April 2018
Summer at the Reading Film Theatre promises an eclectic selection of films for a wide range of audiences this year.
Along with Oscar-nominated blockbusters Lady Bird, Phantom Thread and I, Tonya, the line-up includes an excellent selection of independent and international releases, including Wes Anderson’s canine tribute to Japanese cinema isle of Dogs and Robin Campillo’s exploration of ACT UP activists in 120 BPM (Beats Per Minute).
On Tuesday 19 June, Reading Film Theatre will also host their fourth annual screening with the Reading Refugee Support Group. This year will feature a screening of Ai Weiwei’s powerful film Human Flow, followed by a round table discussion with invited guests. To register your interest in the screening, please contact rft@reading.ac.uk.
