Bank holiday: opening hours for student services
Friday, 04 May 2018
We’re lucky enough to have two bank holidays this month, on Monday 7 and Monday 28 May.
Given the exam period, many students will remain on campus over the bank holiday weekend – below you will find a summary of opening hours for all of the key student services:
The Library
The Library and URS buildings will be open as normal for both of the bank holidays – that’s 9am-10pm in the Library and 24 hours in URS, with normal staffing levels.
Helpdesk and financial support
The helpdesk and student financial support teams will be unavailable on the bank holidays. If you have a query, visit the Essentials student support or finance pages. Alternatively, you can send your enquiry to us by email or RISIS and we will respond after the bank holiday.
Places to eat and drink
