National Pay Bargaining update

Friday, 18 May 2018

John Brady

Dear colleagues,

Further to my previous update on 3 May, I can confirm that at the JNCHES meeting on 10 May the employers' representatives presented a final pay uplift offer of 2% (or £425, whichever is the higher) on all pay spine points.

The offer also contained detail of proposed joint working on a number of matters of common interest. The full detail of the employer offer can be seen here.

The trade unions will now consider the final offer at meetings in the coming weeks ahead of consulting their members. The consultations are expected to take place from late May to mid-June.
I will provide further information as and when it becomes available.

John
