Your invitation to see new telephone devices

Colleagues are invited to see the new telephone devices that the University is considering rolling out.

These devices have all the standard features of your current telephone, but also offer:

• better quality voice calling
• easier search and dial function to call University colleagues
• easier conference calling with users in different locations
• the ability to call from your computer/laptop or the phone itself

As regular users of telephones at the University, your input is critical to choosing the right device.

Our IT team have scheduled a number of 30-minute sessions, from Tuesday 22 May to Thursday 24 May, where you can see the devices and use them.
