Update from Security: take care on campus

Following two security incidents on campus recently, we would like to remind colleagues and students to be vigilant when walking around campus alone, particularly late at night.

The University’s Security team regularly patrols campus and works with the police to investigate any incidents involving students or staff. We urge anyone who sees anything suspicious to report it to the 24-hour Security control room on 0118 378 6300.

As a precaution, our Security team is operating additional patrols on campus. A chaperone service is also available, day or night, in which students can request a member of Security to accompany them on their journey through campus.
