Share your views in the Teaching & Learning Facilities survey
Tuesday, 26 June 2018
Please help us to continue to make improvements to teaching spaces by completing this year’s Teaching and Learning Facilities survey.
Each year, the TEL & AV team run the survey to keep track of whether teaching and learning facilities meets the needs of our staff, as well as identifying any new improvements that could be made across the University. We would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes sharing your views – please send your feedback by Tuesday 31 July.

Below are a few highlights of the work carried out since last year’s survey.
- In-house AV upgrades continue to be carried out by the team, and the team have received positive feedback from staff. An ongoing schedule of upgrades is available on the AV upgrades page. The most significant changes to teaching spaces this year have been in Miller G05 and Allen Lab G09 (carried out as part of an Estates and Facilities project to provide more flexible teaching spaces).
- An interactive guide on setting up an online meeting via Skype for Businesshas been published online.
- Phones are being installed in centrally managed teaching spaces. So far, these have been rolled out in Chancellor’s, Edith Morley and Agriculture.
A summary of feedback from last year’s survey is available at the Teaching & Learning Facilities Survey 2017 – Results blog post.
You can also find the latest facilities and AV news at the Teaching & Learning Facilities blog. If you would like a demonstration of AV equipment, please book a session using the Equipment Demo/Training form.
