Personal Titles Academic Promotion Process 2018/2019

The University is pleased to publish the updated guidance and criteria for the Personal Titles process for academic promotion to Associate Professor and Professor for 2018/2019. 

In light of feedback received during the 2017/18 process, some minor refinements to the process and criteria have been made under the auspices of Senate.

During the autumn term, Professor Ellie Highwood, Dean for Diversity and Inclusion, will deliver a number of training sessions for potential applicants entitled ‘Applying for Academic Promotion’. The dates of training sessions are shown below and attendance can be booked via Employee Self Service.
